What does the Mental Agility score show?

The Agility score is based on a choice reaction time test and is a good indication of how well you can make split-second decisions.  In this test, you are presented with two stimuli – either a white or yellow light – and you have to make a choice of whether to react or not. You must react quickly when you see the white light, but not react when you see the yellow light.  The Agility score is affected positively by how quickly you reacted when you were expected to react and negatively if you reacted when you were not supposed to react.

Consistently measuring reaction time, mental agility (or decision-making), and focus capabilities as part of a cognitive assessment can help you continuously improve in multiple facets of your life and reach new levels of success.
