Terms of Pre-Order (TPO)
The following are the general terms and conditions that apply to the placing of a pre-order (the ‘Terms of Pre-Order’, TPO) of one (1) or more Pison product (“Pre-Order”).
Pison Technology, Inc. (“Pison”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) encourages you to read through these Terms before placing a Pre-Order with Us. By placing a Pre-Order, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Pre-Order.
Please note that these Terms of Pre-Order are only applicable to the placing of a Pre-Order. Should You in the future decide to place an Order for a Pison product, these Terms of Pre-Order will not apply. An Order and following purchase of a Pison product will be governed by separate terms and conditions.
As things change, these Terms of Pre-Order may change too, so please make sure to read through these Terms of Pre-order. We will always notify You of any such update to these Terms of Pre-Order.
PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not immediately available for shipment. When preordering items, we display the estimated shipping date. This date is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt. Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being available and requires a full up-front payment.
DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Placing a Pre-Order
- When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Pison shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes undated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update you information at any time prior to your item being shipped by sending an e-mail to support@pison.com.
- By placing a Pre-Order, you are accepting the Terms of Pre-Order, You acknowledge and confirm that you have read and agree to these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
- By placing a Pre-Order, you are accepting the Pison Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy.
- You must have the legal capacity to place a Pre-Order. This usually means that You,
- Have to be over 18 years of age and not subject to guardianship or similar, or
- If You are not over 18 years of age, You have your legal guardians consent and pay with a debit or credit card (that We accept) and that You are authorized to use.
- You must place the Pre-Order online through the Pison webstore on the website (pison.com) (the ‘Site’) or related Pison mobile sites and applications (jointly called the ‘Online Store’).
- You must pay in full.
- Once You have finished the Pre-Order process and We have received Your Payment, We will send you a receipt of Your Pre-Order to the email address provided by You (‘Pre-Order Confirmation’). This will be accompanied by a unique Pre-Order reference number.
- Payment
- At the time of pre-order placement, you will be charged the full pre-order price as indicated on the product page. All pre-orders are processed through the Pison online store. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, and other as made available by the Pison online store. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
- Upon entering Your payment details, Your details will be conveyed securely to our Payment Service Provider (‘PSP’) in an encrypted form via a secure line and are processed there.
- All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. Should the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuse to authorize the payment to Us, You will receive a message that the payment could not be fulfilled and Your Pre-Order will be canceled.
- Cancellation of Pre-Order
- Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Pre-Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other tools/items or services being rendered. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
- Estimated Shipping
- The expected shipping date for pre-order products will be clearly noted on the product page and in your order confirmation receipt. Such date is only an estimate and is subject to delays in manufacturing or delivery. Although we anticipate shipment by the estimated date, we cannot guarantee this. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Pison is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay (technical problems of the shipping company, natural disasters, customs clearing, etc.), nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discount, refunds or credits due to such delays. Products will be shipped in the order in which your pre-order is received by the company.
- Pison will notify you via email if the Estimated Shipping Date for your order extends beyond your original estimated date.
- Once the products have landed and are received by our team. You will then be informed via email address you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment. In the case of lost items during shipment, we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid.
- Membership
- Your Pre-Order includes a membership (‘Subscription’) to the Pison application that is valid for a fixed period of time (‘Subscription Term’, which can be 3 months, 12 months, 24 months, or other) as selected by you during the order process and described in your Order Confirmation.
- Your Subscription Term will not start until your Pison Pre-Order has been fulfilled and 15 days after your Pison product has been shipped to You.
- By completing your Pre-Order you agree that Pison will automatically continue your membership when your initial Subscription Term expires and charge the membership fee to your payment method until you cancel.
- Cancellation of Membership
- You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges. To cancel, log into your Pison account at pison.com, go to Account and click “Cancel Membership”. This will prevent future charges related to renewals. Refunds for services already purchased are not allowed.
- Returns
- You may return or exchange your Pison product within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your Pison device in the mail) for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and new condition, including all packaging and tags.
- To initiate a return, you must complete a return authorization request form (https://info.pison.com/return-exchange-authorization) to receive a return authorization request number. You will need your order number, which you can retrieve by logging in to My Account on www.pison.com. Once your returned device is received by Pison, your product will be evaluated by Pison and Pison, at its sole discretion, will determine if the product is in original, unused, and new condition. If it qualities, your return or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is complete.
- If you decide to return your Pison product for a refund, you must cancel your membership through My Account or you will continue to be charged the monthly membership fee.
- Shipping and handling charges from your original order, including taxes or other customs fees, are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the same currency as the original payment and will reflect current exchange rates.
- You must return your Pison device using the original packaging that was used to ship it to you.
- If the Pison device was a gift, you may need the email address for the person who placed the order on your behalf. We can only credit the original payment method used by the purchaser.
- Non-Transferable
- Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
