The workshop is taught by Zach Sorensen, former MLB player and current mental performance coach for the Cincinnati Reds. Zach has coached teams to championship seasons and helped numerous professional athletes across different sports. He will teach you how to prepare, compete, and excel under pressure with strategies like:

Yes, BASEBALL Pro is used by players at all levels, including professional, college, high school and youth levels.
Can BASEBALL Pro be used both indoors and outdoors?
The initial release of BASEBALL Pro is designed for indoor training. You can run on-field drills, such as pop time and infielder execution, indoors. A subsequent update, planned for Spring 2025, will introduce functionality for outdoor use in challenging RF environments. Individual players can monitor cognitive performance, health, and fitness metrics in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Does BASEBALL Pro measure fitness metrics such as heart rate variability?
Yes, your Pison BASEBALL Pro membership combines all the mind-body measurements of our PERFORM membership with unique measurements of 10 on-field baseball skills. With BASEBALL Pro you gain Pison’s unique cognitive performance measurements, plus all the key fitness and health metrics you would expect in a state of the art smartwatch or fitness tracker. These features include sleep tracking, heart rate, heart rate variability, strain, recovery, calories, and steps. Because BASEBALL Pro-compatible wearables include Pison’s unique neural sensor, many of these traditional metrics are also enhanced, such as sleep stage detection, sleep onset detection, sleep debt calculations, and stress and anxiety measures.
Is Pison BASEBALL Pro available in all countries?
Pison BASEBALL Pro memberships are available in the US and Canada. We plan to make Pison BASEBALL Pro available in more countries soon. Pison BASEBALL Pro is currently available in English only.
Is Pison BASEBALL Pro sold to teams or to individual players?
BASEBALL Pro is typically selected and recommended by baseball programs/teams/coaches to improve the development of their players. While programs are able to purchase memberships on behalf of their players, many programs opt to have individual players make the ultimate purchase. Programs/teams/coaches that want to incorporate BASEBALL Pro into their training are encouraged to join the BASEBALL affiliate program where they can offer Pison devices to players through their team stores.
