Transfer your data to a new phone
To transfer your Pison mobile app data to a new phone, tablet or other supported device:
Remove your Pison device from the old phone/tablet
- Ensure that you have a stable internet connection
- Remove your Pison device from your wrist
- Ensure that your Pison device is fully charged
- In the Pison mobile app, go to My Account and select Back Up Data
- When the backup is complete, go to Settings and select Restore Factory Settings
- When the factory reset is complete, go to the Bluetooth settings of your old phone/tablet and remove the Pison device.
- Uninstall the Pison app from your old phone/tablet.
Connect your Pison device to the new phone/tablet – Follow the instructions for “How can I pair my device to the Pison® App?” in the support section of www.pison.com.
