Modify or cancel your subscription

Pison subscriptions are configured to renew automatically at the end of your current term.  To check the status of your subscription or to modify/cancel your subscription before the current term end, simply log into your account by clicking the Login link at the bottom of the page.  (View screen)

Once you enter your username and password, click on Subscriptions on the menu on the left side of the screen.  (View screen)

You will see information about your current subscription, including the type, status, start date and next payment date.  To cancel your subscription, go to the Actions section and click on Cancel. (View screen)

The status of your subscription should change from Active to Canceled. (View screen)

When your subscription status says Canceled, you will no longer be able to collect data using the Pison application.
