Keeping Your Wearable Up to Date

To get the best experience, keep your wearable updated with the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Firmware updates do not happen automatically — you need to install them manually. When an update is available, you’ll see a notification at the top of your home screen. Tap the notification directly to start the update.

You can also check for updates manually by following these steps:

Step 1: Open Device Settings

Tap the wearable icon with the blue dot in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Step 2: Go to Device Details

Tap Device Details on the Device Settings page.

Step 3: Check for Updates

If an update is available, tap Update Available, then tap Update to install it.

Step 4: View Your Firmware Version

Your current firmware version appears as a 5-digit code under Current Firmware Version.

Step 5: Confirm You’re Up to Date

If your wearable is current, it will display Up to Date.
