How to set up Pison BASEBALL Pro to get started?

This guide is for organizations with multiple staff and athletes, but individual purchasers can follow the same steps with parents and friends.
Step 1: Set Up Your Dashboard
Create Your Organization
- Go to https://dashboard.pison.io and enter the email address you used to purchase your BASEBALL Pro License.
- Click on “Create Organization” and follow the steps. An organization can have multiple teams.
- As the purchaser, you will be set up as an Organization Administrator and can create additional administrators to help manage your teams.
Create Your Team(s)
- Click “Create Team.”
- On the settings page, press “Add Staff” to invite coaches, medics, or trainers. Assign at least one staff member as a “Team Administrator” to manage players and staff.
- Press “Add Athletes” to invite players to join the team.
- Repeat these prior steps for any additional teams.
Step 2: Track Staff and Athlete Invites
- Monitor invite statuses: yellow for “pending” and green for “accepted.”
- Once staff and players accept their invites, you can start running drills with the Pison BASEBALL Pro app.
