Getting Started with the Father-Son Bundle
This guide will help you get up and running with Pison BASEBALL Pro as a recreational team—ideal for friends, or family members who each have a subscription and wearable. If you’re setting up a recreational team with friends or family and have more than two members, follow the same steps below and add as many members as needed. Two people is the minimum required to use the BASEBALL Pro platform, but three people is recommended for the best experience.
In this setup:
One person acts as the Coach (responsible for setup and running drills).
The other acts as the Athlete (who joins the team and participates in drills).
Pison BASEBALL Pro includes three main tools:
Pison App – Tracks holistic mind-body metrics for personal use.
Pison BASEBALL Pro App – Runs on-field drills.
Pison Dashboard – Analyzes individual and team trends.
Note: With two subscriptions, two wearables, and the Device Holder Accessory, all BASEBALL Pro drills are available except Infielder Execution, which requires three subscriptions and three wearables. To run drills like pop time, pitcher time to home plate, and pitcher time to first base, at least three people are needed: one to manage the drills and initiate reps on the BASEBALL Pro App, while the other two execute the drills. If you don’t have three people, you can use a net, mount the wearable to it with the strap to act as the receiver, and free up someone to run the app with just two people.
Setup for the Coach (The Member Leading the Setup)
1. Download the Pison App
- Download the Pison App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log in using the email address you created during your Pison BASEBALL Pro purchase.
2. Set Up Your Wearable
Follow the instructions in Getting Started with Your Pison Wearable and App to pair your wearable and activate the app.
3. Set Up the Dashboard
Step 1: Sign In
Visit https://dashboard.pison.io in your web browser.
Log in using the credentials you created during your Pison BASEBALL Pro purchase.
Step 2: Create Your Organization
Click “Create Organization.”
Fill in your organization details and click “Create.”
Step 3: Create Your Team
Click “Enter Organization.”
Enter a team name and click “Create Team.”
Your team card will now appear—click “Explore Team.”
Step 4: Open Settings
In the top-right corner (next to your profile icon), click the Settings icon.
Step 5: Invite your Team Member(s) to the Dashboard
You can add your team member(s) as either an Athlete or a Staff member:
To add as Athlete:
Go to the Athlete tab.
Click “Add Athlete.”
Enter your team member(s) email and send the invite.
To add as Staff:
Go to the Staff tab.
Click “Add Staff.”
Enter your team member(s) email and send the invite.

Tip: Choose Staff if you want your team member(s) to share responsibilities and access everything.
Step 6: Invite Yourself to the Dashboard
- Invite yourself as Staff using your email to enable drill access in the BASEBALL Pro App.
Step 7: Accept your own invitation
Open your invitation email and click “Join.”
Set a password and complete your registration by clicking “Join.” once more.
Step 8: Check Invite Status
On the Settings page, you’ll see the status of your invitations:
Active (green) – Invite accepted.
Pending (yellow) – Awaiting acceptance.
To resend an invite, click the Actions button next to the invite.
4. Set Up the Pison BASEBALL Pro App
Download the Pison BASEBALL Pro App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign in using the same credentials as your dashboard account.
Note: Once your team member(s) accept the invitation via email (see the steps below for how other team members can get set up), they will appear in your team on the BASEBALL Pro App.
Setup for the other Team Member(s)
Once the coach has created the team and sent the invitation, follow these steps:
Step 1: Join the Dashboard
Open the invitation email and click “Join.”
Set a password and complete your registration by clicking “Join.” once more.
Important: Remember your password—you’ll use it to log into the Pison apps and dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Dashboard
Visit https://dashboard.pison.io on your web browser.
Sign in using the same email and password you set during the invite process.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your data and access your team’s dashboard, depending on your assigned role (Athlete or Staff).
Step 3: Download the Pison App
Download the Pison App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the email address the invite was sent to and the password you created.
Step 4: Set Up Your Wearable
- Follow the instructions in Getting Started with Your Pison Wearable and App to complete your wearable pairing and profile setup.
Step 5 (Optional): Set Up the Pison BASEBALL Pro App
This step only applies if you were invited as a Staff member.
Download the Pison BASEBALL Pro App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign in using the same credentials you use for the dashboard.
As a staff member, you can run drills and manage sessions in the app as well.
