What should I check if I’m having trouble running drills in the Pison BASEBALL Pro App?
- Device Positioning: Ensure athletes’ devices are positioned correctly for each drill. Refer to the table below for specific device positions, start triggers to begin timing, and end triggers to stop timing.
- Download the Device Positioning Guide
- Correct Athlete Assignments: Confirm that athletes are assigned to the correct positions in the app. Make sure participants aren’t assigned incorrectly or have reversed positions.
- Device Charge: Check that all devices—athletes’ and coaches’—are adequately charged by reviewing the battery status.
- Pro Mode Activation: Make sure athletes’ devices are in Pro mode. Activate it by sequentially pressing the Pison button, the side button, and then the Pison button again while the display is active.
- Firmware Updates: Ensure all devices have the latest firmware. Outdated firmware may cause issues with running drills.
- Check For App Updates: Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and verify that the app is up to date.
