Player Reaction Time Measurements Correlate with On-field Statistics

Wearable devices powered by Pison’s neural sensor are making it possible for baseball teams to integrate reaction time testing into their training and game preparation programs.  Reaction time is emerging as an important metric that reveals the mental capabilities and state of the players.  This research paper looks at how reaction time measurements are correlated to on-field success, including metrics such as batting average.
