Pison BASEBALL Pro is designed for teams with multiple athletes but can also work for teams of two or more people. The subscription includes access to three main components:

1. The Pison App
   The Pison App is for personal use, allowing individuals to track a variety of mind-body metrics. This includes data from cognitive tests, body metrics such as strain and recovery, and sleep metrics. It provides a holistic view of your performance and well-being.

2. The Pison BASEBALL Pro App
   The BASEBALL Pro App is used to run on-field drills such as pop time, infielder execution, hard 90, and more. You can also conduct cognitive tests with up to three people simultaneously, allowing you to gather and analyze real-time cognitive data.

3. The Dashboard
   The Dashboard is designed for team management, providing visualizations to track long-term trends in both cognitive test performance and on-field drill progress. It enables coaches and athletes to analyze individual and team data, making it easier to monitor development over time.
