What Does the Agility Score Show?
Your Agility score measures how well you make split-second decisions using a choice reaction time test. It evaluates both reaction speed and your ability to make the right choice under pressure.
During the test, you’ll see one of two lights:
White light: React quickly by opening your hand.
Amber light: Do not react — keep your hand still.
What the Score Reflects
The Agility score is based on:
How quickly you react when you’re supposed to
How well you avoid reacting when you’re not supposed to
Quick and accurate responses improve your score. Reacting when you’re not supposed to (false alarms) lowers it. This balance of speed and control gives insight into your decision-making ability.
Why Agility Matters
Agility is key in fast-paced environments — from sports and tactical performance to everyday decision-making. Tracking your score helps you:
Respond faster and more accurately
Stay focused under pressure
Improve decision-making skills
Track and Improve
Regularly measuring your Agility, along with Readiness and Focus, provides a well-rounded view of your cognitive performance. Over time, you’ll discover how factors like sleep, exercise, hydration, and stress affect your ability to perform — and how to optimize for success.
