Wearable Menu

Navigate the menu by pressing the Toggle Button and enter a menu by pressing the Select Button. Return to the main menu by pressing the Select Button or selecting Return to Menu.

1. Home Screen – See time, date, battery indicator, and wireless connectivity status. Press the Select Button from the Home Screen to see Wearable Information Screen, including the Serial Number (SN) and firmware version.
2.  Cognitive Tests Menu: Measure Readiness, Agility, and Focus directly from your wearable.
3.  Body Menu: See heart rate, calories, and steps.
