Keeping Your App and Wearable Up to Date

To get the best experience with your wearable and the Pison app, we regularly release updates for both. We recommend installing these updates to access the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Pison App Updates

The Pison app automatically updates, ensuring you always have access to the newest features and capabilities.

Firmware Updates

Firmware updates for your Pison wearable do not occur automatically and require your action. Keeping your wearable up to date is important for the latest features and performance improvements. When an update is available, a notification will appear at the top of the home screen. Follow these steps to update it manually:

Step 1: Access Device Settings

• Tap the wearable icon with the blue dot in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Step 2: Select “Device Details”

• On the Device Settings page, tap “Device Details.”

Step 3: Check for Firmware Update

• If an update is available, press “Update Available” and then tap “Update” to install the latest firmware.

Step 4: View Current Firmware Version

• Your current firmware version will be displayed as a 5-digit code under “Current Firmware Version.”

Step 5: Confirm Firmware Status

• If your wearable is up to date, it will show “Up to Date.”
