Getting Started for Coaches Managing a Team

This guide will help you get started with Pison BASEBALL Pro as a coach, setting up your team and managing multiple athletes. It covers the setup process for both you and your athletes, ensuring everyone is ready to successfully join the team. Pison BASEBALL Pro has three main components:

The Pison App for personal use to track holistic mind-body metrics.
The Pison BASEBALL Pro App for running on-field drills.
The Dashboard for analyzing team and individual trends.

2. Set Up the Pison App

Step 1: Download and Log In to the Pison App

Download the Pison App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the credentials you created when purchasing the Pison BASEBALL Pro license.

2. Set Up the Dashboard

Step 1: Account Sign-up

Visit https://dashboard.pison.io in your web browser.
Sign in: Use the credentials you created when purchasing the Pison BASEBALL Pro license.
Complete Profile Setup (Optional):
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select “Edit Profile” and fill in any missing details.

Step 2: Creating an Organization

Once logged in, click “Create Organization.”
Fill in your organization details and click “Create Organization.”

Step 3: Creating a Team(s)

Access Team Setup: After creating your organization, click “Enter Organization.”
Enter Team Details: Add your team’s name and press “Create Team.”
The team card will now appear on your dashboard. Press “Explore Team.”

Step 4: Entering Settings Page

Go to the Settings page by clicking the icon in the top-right corner under your profile icon.

Step 5: Adding Athletes and Staff

The Settings page has three main tabs: Team Details, Athletes, and Staff. To add individuals, click “Add Athlete” or “Add Staff” within the respective tab and enter their name and email.
For bulk uploads, select the “Bulk” option in the Add Athlete or Add Staff window. Download a CSV file, fill in the names and emails of your team, and upload it to the dashboard.

Step 6: Finalizing Team Setup

Track Team Invites: In the Settings page, check the status of athlete and staff invites. If an invite is accepted, it will be marked as Active (green); if pending, it will be marked as Pending (yellow).
To resend an invite, click the “Actions” button under the status field.

3. Set Up the Pison BASEBALL Pro App

Download the Pison BASEBALL Pro App: Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Sign In: Use the same credentials as your dashboard.

Note: Once your athletes join the team using the steps below, they will appear in your team on the BASEBALL Pro App.

Setup for Athletes

Ensure your athletes follow these steps carefully to get set up.

Athletes must wait for the coach to set up the team dashboard and send an invitation via email. Once the athletes receive the invitation, they should follow these steps:

Step 1: Join the Team

Accept the email invitation, set your password, and click “Join.”

Note: Remember your password for future steps.

Step 2: Access the Dashboard

Visit https://dashboard.pison.io on your web browser.
Sign in using the same email and password you set during the invite process.
Once you begin taking cognitive tests in the Pison app, your results will be automatically synced to the dashboard, where you can view and analyze your data.

Step 3: Download and Log In to the Pison App

Download the Pison App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in using the email address you received the invitation on and the password you set.
