Why aren’t my players’ devices displaying?

If player’s devices aren’t showing up under “Devices Found” when assigning devices in the BASEBALL Pro app, check the following:

  1. Pro Mode: Ensure the players’ devices are in Pro mode. This is indicated by “PRO” in the top left corner of the screen. To enter Pro mode, press the PISON button, side button, and PISON button again in that order when the main display is showing the time and date.
  2. Bluetooth: Verify that bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
  3. Device Proximity: Ensure the players’ devices are close to your mobile device.
  4. Charge Status: Check that the devices are charged and powered on by looking at the battery indicator.
