Replace a lost or damaged device

If you have lost or damaged your Pison device and need a replacement, you can purchase replacement devices directly from our website.

Pison warrants that the charger and Pison device are free from defects.  The warranty period is 1 year in the US and Canada.  If your device is defective and is still under warranty, please contact Pison for a replacement. To initiate a return, complete this form to request a return authorization number. You will need your order number, which you can retrieve by logging in to My Account on www.pison.com. Once your returned device is received by Pison, your return or exchange will be processed within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is complete.
