How do I update my device firmware?

Your Pison device has firmware that periodically will be updated by Pison to improve performance or add new capabilities.  Keeping your device up to date with the latest firmware updates will improve your overall experience with the Pison wearable.  To ensure that you have the latest version of the firmware, follow this procedure:

Step 1: Check Whether a Firmware Update is Available. 

1. Open the Pison mobile app and navigate to the home screen.
2. Tap the device icon in the top right corner to enter “Device Settings.”
   Select “Device Details.” Here you will see the firmware version installed on your device and whether a firmware update is available.

Step 2: Install the Firmware Update.

1. If there is an update available, you can click “Update” to install the new firmware. On average, it takes about 5 minutes to complete.
2. Once the firmware has been updated, your device will perform a reboot.
