How to connect your device to the Pison® mobile app

To pair your device:

1. Put your Pison device on your wrist. See “How do I position and wear my device?”  
2. Navigate to the home screen within the app.
3. Click on the “PAIR” button in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Press “Find Device” to display a list of devices that are within range. If you’re having trouble locating a device, refer to “Why aren’t my players’ devices being displayed?”
5. Press the “Select” button next to your device’s Serial Number. If you see multiple devices listed, you can confirm your devices serial number by pressing the Pison/Timex button while the display is active. It is the number after “SN.”

Note: If your device was successfully paired you will see a device icon with a blue dot in the top right corner of the home screen within the app.

Congratulations! Your device is now successfully paired with the Pison app. You can now enjoy your Pison membership.
