How can I pair my device to the Pison® App?

To pair your device:

1. Navigate to the home screen within the app.
2. Click on the “PAIR” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Press “Find Device” to display a list of devices that are within range. If you’re having trouble locating a device, refer to “Why are my players’ devices not being displayed when I am trying to assign devices?”
4. Press the “Select” button next to your device’s Serial Number. To find the Serial Number, press the ‘PISON’ button while the display is active; it’s listed under “Pison 03” next to “SN.”

Note: If your device was successfully paired you will see a device icon with a blue dot in the top right corner of the home screen within the app.
