Change the Email Associated with Your Account
- Email Change: Unfortunately, manual changes to the email associated with your account are not available. If you’ve lost access to your email or are unable to recover your account, please contact the Pison team at support@pison.com for assistance.
Change Password
- Forgot Password: If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Change Password While Logged In:
- Accessing Profile: If you’re already logged in, go to your profile settings.
- Editing Information: Click on the ‘Edit’ button located on the top right corner.
- Update Password: Look for the “Update your Password” section.
- Entering New Password: Follow the prompts to enter your current password and set a new one.
- Confirmation: Once you receive a success message after confirming your new password, it means your password has been successfully updated.
